"When it rains, it pours. I recently experienced a setback and I was unable to drive my only vehicle. Instead of panicking, I logged into my State Farm app and submitted a roadside assistance request. The AI prompts guided me seamlessly through the request, step-by-step. Upon submission, instantly a service provider was connected that accepted the job. Within 30 minutes, assistance had arrived on site, services were rendered and I signed off on the work on a form on the vendor's phone. A total-tap transaction from start to finish. The Eckles' Team is great, but not once, was there a need to speak to anyone to satisfy this request. Thankful for the no hassle, straightforward service, especially during an already stressful situation. Not to mention, I submitted 2 requests within days of each other.
